SunnoroTerms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Sunnoro ("we", "us"), for your use of the Sunnoro app and website. By using Sunnoro you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
1. The service
Sunnoro uses artificial intelligence to suggest travel itineraries, places to eat and visit, transport advice (including whether to rent a car), budgets, packing lists and related tips, based on the information you provide.
2. AI-generated content: please double-check
Sunnoro is a planning assistant, not a travel agent. Suggestions are generated automatically and can be wrong, out of date or incomplete.
- Always check opening hours, prices, availability, age limits and booking requirements with the venue before you go.
- Travel times, weather, costs and budgets are estimates.
- Use your own judgement on safety, including road conditions, swimming, hiking, heat, and anything involving children. Follow official advice from local authorities and your government's travel advisories.
- Dietary and allergy information is a guide only. Always confirm allergens directly with restaurants.
- Visa, entry, health and driving licence requirements are your responsibility.
We don't sell or operate any travel services ourselves. Bookings you make with third parties are contracts between you and them.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to use Sunnoro. You can use the app without signing in. If you create an account, keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
4. Subscriptions and purchases
- Sunnoro Plus is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly). It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Free trials, when offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
- Trip Pass is a one-time purchase that permanently unlocks all paid features for one trip.
- Payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and are subject to their terms. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
- Prices may change. We'll let you know in advance, and changes apply from your next billing period.
- Fair use: Plus includes generous use intended for personal trips (currently up to 30 AI trips per month). We may limit automated or abusive use.
5. Affiliate links
Sunnoro contains links to partners such as Booking.com, GetYourGuide, DiscoverCars, Airalo and SafetyWing. If you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Partners cannot pay to be included in your itinerary.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse Sunnoro: no reverse engineering, scraping, reselling, automated bulk requests, attempts to get around usage limits or payments, or using the service to create unlawful or harmful content.
7. Your content
You own the information you enter and the plans created for you. You give us a limited licence to process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Our intellectual property
The Sunnoro app, brand, design and software belong to Sunnoro. You get a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sunnoro is provided "as is". We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on AI-generated suggestions, third-party services, closures, cancellations, travel disruptions or indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using Sunnoro and delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are material, we'll tell you in the app. Continuing to use Sunnoro after changes take effect means you accept them.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring claims in your local courts. EU consumers can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
Apple-specific terms
If you downloaded Sunnoro from the App Store, these terms are between you and Sunnoro, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support and is not responsible for claims relating to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms. The Apple standard EULA also applies where it doesn't conflict with these terms.
