Delete your Sunnoro account

You can delete your Sunnoro account and all associated data at any time. This applies to the Sunnoro app on iOS and Android.

Option 1: in the app (instant)

Open Sunnoro.
Go to the You tab.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and data are deleted from our servers right away, and removed from the device.

Option 2: by email

If you no longer have the app installed, email privacy@sunnoro.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my Sunnoro account". We'll confirm and delete your data within 30 days, usually much sooner.

If you never signed in, your data is linked to an anonymous ID stored only on your device. Uninstalling the app removes local data, and anonymous server data is deleted automatically after 18 months of inactivity. You can also delete it instantly from the app.

What gets deleted

Your account (user ID, email, sign-in links)
Your Travel DNA profile
All trips and itineraries
Usage counters and trip unlock records

What we may keep

Purchase transaction records required for tax and accounting law (up to 6 years), without your travel data.
Server security logs, which expire automatically within 30 days.

Subscriptions aren't cancelled automatically. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your store account settings (how).
